A Discussion Concerning The Dark

What is the “Dark?” Everyone can come up with their own idea of what is of a Dark nature. Let’s list some words related to the Dark. The Devil, demon, ghost, apparition, ghoul, Satan, Baphomet, succubus, incubus, etc, so on, and so forth. The list can go on and on as far as definitions of what is of a Dark nature. Lots of examples, stories, experiences, and details exist. Images, paintings, movies, and books chronicle this idea of the Dark that has a history as old as man. It seems as long as man has had a story to tell, there coincided stories of these Dark elements. “The Dark Lords and their many minions!”

Now, what is its antithesis? The most simple would be the angelic. However, even within the story of the angelic, there exists the idea of fallen angels. Without getting into too much of a hurry to cite sources that may explain this, let’s keep things super simple. Good angels falling becoming evil angels. Good vs evil. Or, angels that represent the Light and angels that represent the Dark. Angels doing good, angels doing evil.

Now, lets talk about God. God, as a word, represents the overshadowing aspect to all that is within Creation. Notice, that is Creation with a capital C, not “a creation,” but Creation. Keeping things really simple here. So, what would fall under the Creation Of God? Some may not like to hear this, but ALL. Why? What does that mean?

Now, here at this point of simplicity is where everything has the potential to expand, can expand, and is expanded. But, the referencing point of inception is at The Creation. So why include elements of Light and Dark within a creation, or Creation? The answers can be vast, however, the simplest answer is “experience.” Experience what?

One concept that has already been discussed in previous articles is the idea of pre-conception, or the idea that ALL already exists. So, what that means is what we know on Earth that is expressed and communicated exists here and elsewhere. What also exists elsewhere is what we are not aware of as of yet. So, what we are not aware of exists here and elsewhere, AND, what we are aware of exists here and elsewhere as well. This is true for Light and Dark. The Earth we know can be thought of as “a stage” for that “play” between the two, with humanity in that “play.” The Creation being here and elsewhere, with its players elsewhere representing on Earth as well.

So, the idea of the Dark here on Earth is really just a smaller snapshot of what exists on a much larger scale amongst ALL of Creation, not just Earth. What makes the presentation of the Dark, and Light as well, unique on Earth, especially to human perception, comes down to one simple idea. Amnesia. If you don’t remember, or think, that you’ve never been through the haunted house, it will be a new experience for you. This is the case for the majority of humanity in whole, in part, or in process. Some feel extremely fearful of the Dark, some intrigued, some without fear. The same goes for the perception of Light.

The very idea of Light vs Dark, on Earth and elsewhere, is best told in the anology of Cowboys vs Indians. Depending upon your point of reference, either group can be thought of as good or evil. And, what is even more important is that each group can house iterations of both good and evil. Good and evil cowboys. Good and evil indians. Good and evil Dark. Good and evil Light. Is this true? It would, and may, be difficult for many to accept, but the reality is YES. Humanity itself has iterations of good and evil. We are the mirrored manifestation of all that exists elsewhere. And, we experience and witness manifestions of each end of the spectrum in many different forms and variations.

Just because something that presents itself as Dark doesn’t mean that it is inherently evil. Likewise, something that presents itself as Light doesn’t mean that it is inherently good. Nonetheless, there are those within humanity that maintain polar positions as far as their own perceptions within amnesia to the definitions of Dark and Light. Some, however, understand the illustration presented. Most do not out of fear, which is only natural considering the conditions set forth for the human experience on Earth. Fear is a good teacher.

So, what are we left to do? It is a matter of respect. A respect for the Creation, for all that is contained within, which is rather vast beyond our comprehension. Compassion comes in all forms. A most humble compassion is for our own unknowing within ourselves. Our own perceptions can become a point of humility when we realize the power of God. A belief held within anmesia, unknowingly unaware of the building of that temple of belief against a backdrop of illusion for the actor labeled, is a point of realization to recognize. For a villian needs an audience in fear. Who or what might be able to orchestrate that? And what might be the message behind that?

Here’s a simple story. On a far away planet, within Creation, a world of beings exist within Darkness. Their own ways of expressing themselves as beings in Creation is all they know. It is unlike anything here on Earth. Now, these beings are allowed to incarnate on Earth as humans. What would happen if while in incarnation as a human on Earth, one of these beings, in ammesia of who they really were, encountered one of their own here on Earth while human? Would they experience fear? Would they label the creature they saw as evil? Could this even be possible?

This is why Earth is known elsewhere as The World Of Mirrors. It is also known as The Realm Of The Brave. For in accepting a life of unknowing, many agree to come face to face with their greatest fears. Many times they do not even realize the fear they face in a life can simply be themselves. A self forgotten in agreement.

Judge not. Find compassion in yourself for the most unlikely. Remember the Creator of the Creation. Do you think that anything that anyone can be taught to believe in a life on Earth could not have any likelihood of simply being an illusion? How humbling would that be? What would God say about that? Maybe, “I told you so.”
